Aspire Solutions, Inc is a fast growing smaller business focused on the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul) industry.  ASI largest client is the DoD (Department of Defense) where we assist the Armed Forces in repairing their aircraft, ground combat systems, and sea vessels.  Our efforts help the warfighter ensure the asset is repaired on-time with high quality while minimizing costs.

Jr. Process Analyst
This position will work with ASI’s Analysts and Engineers to assist in data entry, testing, and system setup.  This position is heavily focused on the design and setup of the Process GuideTM toolset.  This person will be directly involved with technical data, weapon system analysis, and data. The position will not travel, but can lead directly to a Process Analyst.  The position has a great opportunity for growth and a chance to work closely with many cutting edge technologies.  The position  requires strong technical and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.  A federal background certification will be required for transition to Process Analyst.

Process Analyst
This position will work directly with the warfighter.  In the analyst role things may get dirty because you will physically visit the weapon system and capture data pertaining to many aspects of maintenance including work flow, pictures, discrepancy data, etc.  This requires good interpersonal skills as well as strong attention to detail.  The position does require some travel, but will also involve analysis and communication with the internal team.  The position has a great opportunity for growth and a chance to work closely with many cutting edge technologies.  The position  requires strong technical and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.  A federal background certification will be required.

Program Manager
This position will work directly with the warfighter.  The Program Manager will be expected to understand every aspect of the client’s needs and be a Leader within ASI.  This includes direct interface with customers, reporting, out briefs, and proposal development.  Developing/maintaining client relationships is key because the PM will be the face of ASI.  The PM will also direct the internal team to ensure tasks are completed on-time with high quality deliverables that excite the customer (not a boring report).  The PM will interface directly with I.T. to develop functional requirements to meet customer and contract requirements.  The PM will be expected to look beyond just the customer’s needs, and instead develop superior processes that can be applied to multiple customers.  The position does require some travel, but will also involve analysis and communication with the internal team.  The position has great opportunity for growth and a chance to work closely with many cutting edge technologies.  The position requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, and an ability to effectively coordinate and motivate many different types of personnel.  A federal background clearance will be required.

Software Developer
ASI has developed a cutting edge Point of Maintenance software toolset that provides artisans everything they need to do their job from a hand held tablet.  The Software Developer role will be to support the existing system, incorporate new functionality, provide testing guidelines, and provide training to the internal team.  This role will require the user to obtain a strong understand of not only software development, but also the application, database layout, and change control methodology used at ASI.  The position provides the opportunity to work across functions and learn new skills and not be pigeon holed into a single role.  The SD must be able to effectively communicate and work well within a team environment.  A federal background certification will be required.
